Site Supervisor

Job Overview:

The site supervisor will oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards. This role demands a proactive individual with strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills who can manage subcontractors and vendors effectively while maintaining excellent communication across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Punctuality and Time Discpline:

• Ensure ≥ 95% punctual attendance for appointments and meetings, timely arrival on site, and adhere to progress reporting and daily task completion schedules.

1. Job Scope Understanding

• Maintain a clear understanding of projects premises, design and authority requirements to minimize errors and ensure compliance.

1. Planning and Arrangement

• Prepare and update work schedules weekly, ensure subcontractor and supplier arrangements meet project timeline; manage add on and defect works within agreed turnaround times; limit schedule slippage due to planning gaps

1. Compliance and Instruction Adherence

• Enforce full compliance with company SOPs and instructions; maintain zero major safety or regulatory violations; prevent repeated non-compliance incidents; achiever 95% instruction implementation rate.

1. Site control and Execution

• Supervise workers and subcontractors properly to ensure 90% timeline adherence; maintain site safety zero major incidents; uphold site cleanliness standard, ensure work quality acceptance ≥ 95% without rework

1. Problem Solving & Risk Identification

• Escalate issues early to prevent impacts; resolve problem withing agreed turnaround times; document preventive actions; reduce repeat issues with subcontractors/vendors; raise a risk alert before execution stages.
