Job Overview: 

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in the furniture supply and manufacturing industry that will oversee the sales, building strong relationships with clients, handle B2B sales including engage with retailers, interior designers and corporate clients. The sales executive will also be required to travel to visit clients and sites. 

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Product Knowledge 
  • Develop a deep understanding of different furniture types, materials, and manufacturing processes to effectively communicate product benefits to customers. 
  • Learn and stay updated on the company’s full range of products to provide accurate and tailored recommendations. 
  1. Sales Generation 
  • Handle pricing discussions, address customer concerns, and finalize sales agreements confidently and professionally.  
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales target through effective planning and execution 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.  
  • Conduct product professional and engaging product presentations to clients  
  1. Client Relationship Management  
  • Understand customer needs and provide the right furniture solutions. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.  
  1. Stay Informed on Industry Trends 
  • Keep up with market developments, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to remain competitive and informed. 

Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, interior design, or manufacturing. 
  •  Experience in B2B sales, working with retailers, designers, or corporate clients is a plus. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication. 
  • Professional appearance and confident demeanor.  
  • Willingness to travel to client and project site.  
  • Background in interior design is an advantage. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities.  
  • Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
