Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive to join our esteemed team at Kian. As a Project Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing support and assistance to the current team of key account managers in drafting quotations and tenders in a timely manner. You would also be able to liaise and work closely with our team in China.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship:
- To work alongside account managers to cultivate and nurture relationships with clients.
- Provide support to key account managers in documentation or enquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Preparation of quotations and tenders promptly, following through with them.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Liaise and collboorate closely with the team in China for efficient order processing and timely delivery, along with any necessary details for documentation purposes.
3. Project Alignment:
- Track all projects and align with the account manager regularly.
