Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Kian. In this role, you will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and managing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Recruitment Strategies:


  • Create and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent across various functions, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws.


2. Source and Engage Candidates:


  • Identify and engage with high-quality candidates using paid and unpaid job portals and professional networks, employing strong communication and negotiation skills throughout the process.


3. Conduct Interviews:


  • Perform interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers. Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams by applying your strong interpersonal skills.


4. Manage Onboarding:


  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires over the first 6 months (60, 90, 180 days), ensuring smooth integration into the company by demonstrating your organizational and time-management abilities.


5. Build Talent Pipelines:


  • Maintain a pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, fostering relationships for ongoing recruitment efforts and leveraging your experience in talent acquisition.


6. Analyze Recruitment Data:


  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and processes, using your familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to enhance efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, demonstrating a proven track record.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment practices and employment laws.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
