Job Responsibilities & Scope:
The Incoming and Warehouse Officer is responsible to run all the activity related to the income and the storage of the materials received in Leonardo Malaysia.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Timely process the incoming of serviceable and unserviceable (through the MIGO process) with regards to the performance targets provided by the Head of Material Services & Logistic and prioritizing incoming of parts need to for customers AOG
- Inspected (physically and paper wise) all the parts received
- Once the inspection completed, store the parts, either in the proper bin location together with the relevant documentation if compliant or segregate it in a quarantine are (locked) if any discrepancies is detected.
- Duly managed in order to reduce as much as possible the segregation period for each quarantined item
- Properly store all the shipping documentation for audit purpose
- Submit for validation of the Quality Department in Italy all the papers related to the unserviceable core received back from customer in the frame of COMP contract, before proceeding selling them to the mother company in Italy.
- Quarantined in a dedicated area (other than the one related to serviceable items) any items with a discrepancy detected and duly manage the Quality Notification in order to shorten as much as possible the quarantine period.
- Store all the unserviceable items with proper documentations attached, in a dedicated storage location for unserviceable core (MA04) waiting for material management to process the sell to the mother company in Italy.
- Submit for validation of the Quality Department in Italy all the papers related to the customer property unserviceable items before proceeding shipping them to the supplier for the repair activity
- Store all the customer property items (both serviceable and unserviceable) in a dedicated storage location for items not Leonardo Malaysia Property.
- Perform a rolling stock count on regular basis in order to cover the 100% of the bin location during the year
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in Logistic
- High School Diploma
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Target Oriented
- Able to work with tight timelines
- Knowledge on SAP and Excel
- Good discipline and self-initiative
