Job Purpose:
Responsible to support Customer operations and to maintain product continuous airworthiness by malfunction investigation and resolution, to provide aircraft maintenance support and answer to all Customers technical queries related to the in-service fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering support ensuring a timely response to Customers for the in-service fleet in order to contribute, in coordination with the other Product Support Engineering (PSE) functions, to the achievement of the reliability and the availability targets required by the market
- Timely resolution of technical issues through analysis and production of applicable documentation interfacing with LH Departments and Vendors as needed.
- Development of maintenance procedures (technical bulletins, maintenance manual, etc.) and support to their validation in cooperation with the relevant PSE functions
- Preparation of and attendance to Customer visits and events for product and services related activities (e.g. technical update, on site assistance for particular cases, webinar). Preparation of Product recovery/improvement presentations for Customers
- Occurrence/malfunctions reporting
- Reliability and maintainability analysis of the helicopter and its components to trigger product recovery/improvement actions
- Technical investigations related to in-service events
- Fleet statistics collection and database updating and maintaining based on scheduling required by the function (availability, reliability, maintainability, Fleet statistics, …).
- Service Bulletin (SB) implementation monitoring and tracking
- Internal documentation updating editing
- Technical Support KPI report booklet generation
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Aeronautical environment and basic knowledge of Civil Aviation regulations (EASA, …)
- Technical Drawings analysis
