Job Purpose:
He/She shall be delivering and teaching on courses offered by the training academy within their limits of the "Declaration of Qualification". They also have to properly complete the documentation related to the course taught in order to maintain adequate and updated preparation in the disciplines they teach.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out each course within the limits of their qualifications (Terms of Reference) specified in their record as per Training Academy procedure.
- Manage and fill out all the documentation (class registers, examinations), after completion of each course.
- Participate to the development of training programs (basic training courses and type training courses), taking part as SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- Perform recurrent training for the keeping of their qualification.
- Check and make reports regarding the students' learning level according to training academy procedures.
- Classroom preparation prior to class commencement
- Maintaining Leonardo Training Academy facility and equipment
- To facilitate documentation process
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or Aeronautical Engineering
- Proficiency in English language with at least B1/B2 CEFR level or equivalent
- Proficient in computer skills
- 5 years' minimum experience in aviation industry
- Proper technical and operative experience in the aeronautical field
