ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing customer interactions, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will identify customer needs, provide accurate information, address complaints, and maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via online chat, providing prompt and professional responses while fostering trust and maintaining positive relationships through clear and engaging communication.
  • Customer Analysis: Evaluate and address customer needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Sales Identification: Identify potential sales opportunities and drive sales by recommending appropriate products or services.
  • Information Accuracy: Ensure the provision of accurate and comprehensive information by staying updated on products, company policies, and compliance standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback Capture: Capture and record customer feedback and insights, documenting inquiries and the actions taken to improve products and services.
  • Flexibility and Teamwork: Adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with team members to meet business objectives.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a plus.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong common sense and self-motivation.
  • Teamwork: Excellent team player who excels in a communicative, feedback-driven environment.
