We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Delivery to lead and scale our ERP implementation delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of ERP (primarily Oracle NetSuite) and related digital transformation projects across diverse industries. This role oversees both ERP and non-ERP delivery functions and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, project profitability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the ERP Delivery Team including project managers, consultants, and technical leads.
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of ERP implementation projects — from kickoff to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Develop, enforce, and continuously improve project delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutioning, and Product teams to ensure delivery feasibility and resource planning.
- Act as the escalation point for major project issues, ensuring client expectations and contractual obligations are met.
- Monitor project financials, timelines, and resource allocations to maintain margin targets and delivery efficiency.
- Drive adoption of project governance tools, documentation standards, and progress reporting frameworks.
- Provide leadership and vision in scaling delivery capabilities, including building non-ERP delivery teams for other SaaS and integration projects.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and client-centric delivery culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in ERP project delivery, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or program management role.
- Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar cloud ERP platforms is required.
- Experience delivering SaaS or digital transformation projects across multiple industries is a strong plus.
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Deep understanding of ERP project lifecycles (requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment).
- Strong project and program management capabilities (PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with middleware/integration tools, finance systems, or e-invoicing solutions is advantageous.
