We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Executive to spearhead the sales of Lark, a next-generation collaboration and productivity suite. The ideal candidate is driven, tech-savvy, and eager to make an impact by introducing innovative tools to businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales for Lark’s collaboration platform – from prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify and target potential SMEs and enterprises across various industries.
- Educate customers on Lark’s features (messaging, docs, meetings, workflow automation) and demonstrate its business value.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer success and retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new product features.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales/business development experience. Fresh graduates with strong drive and aptitude will be considered.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in SaaS products, digital tools, or collaboration platforms.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to conduct product demos confidently.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
- Personality: Young, energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Language: Fluent in English (Mandarin or other languages are a plus).
- Other: Possess own transport for client meetings (if needed).
