Reporting to the Executive & Managing Director

We are seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Senior ERP Sales Consultant with a strong interest in AI-powered business solutions. This leadership-track position is perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives on closing complex enterprise deals, expanding new market opportunities, and shaping the future of AI-integrated ERP systems.

In this role, you’ll not only drive ERP solution sales but also actively promote AI-driven functionalities such as predictive analytics, business process automation, and intelligent reporting — transforming the way businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for ERP and AI-powered enterprise solutions to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, drive market development initiatives, and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including presales, delivery, and customer success — to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to junior consultants and contribute to talent development within the sales function.
  • Manage sales pipelines effectively, track key sales performance indicators, and deliver accurate, timely forecasts to management.
  • Keep abreast of ERP market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in ERP solution sales or enterprise software, preferably with exposure to AI/analytics-driven solutions.
  • A consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in the ERP or enterprise software industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing strategic accounts and supporting the development of junior sales team members.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A highly motivated, proactive, and result-oriented professional mindset.
