Job Summary

The Sales Support Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Customer Success Team, focusing on the coordination and administration of renewal processes for licenses and support services. This role ensures timely and accurate renewals, maintains client communication, and assists in a variety of sales and operational tasks to support overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Renewals & Customer Support Coordination

  • Monitor and manage renewal schedules for software licenses, support services, and subscriptions.
  • Prepare and issue renewal quotations, follow-up emails, and supporting documents to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Technical, and Sales) to ensure seamless renewal processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, renewal statuses, and documentation within CRM or internal systems.

Customer Engagement

  • Act as the liaison for clients on renewal-related matters, documentation, and service inquiries.
  • Address client enquiries on renewal pricing, service coverage, and contract validity promptly and professionally.

Administrative & Sales Support

  • Generate and update regular renewal pipeline reports, performance dashboards, and client summaries.
  • Assist in preparing account review documents and client engagement reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for sales and renewal information across relevant systems.

Ad Hoc & Operational Support

  • Provide internal support for customer onboarding, service upgrade processes, and ad-hoc operational tasks.
  • Assist with event logistics, marketing email campaigns, and promotional activities when required.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, renewals, or client service role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced and changing priorities.
