About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic, people-driven HR Business Partner to join our team. This role acts as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert HR guidance and solutions that empower our teams, strengthen company culture, and drive organizational success.

Job Description:

  • Oversee HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee grievances, and offboarding.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, offering advice on people strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and source top talent for the organization.
  • Support employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Provide career development support, helping employees to identify growth opportunities and facilitating their professional development.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements within HR functions and policies to enhance business performance.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement, encouraging collaboration and open communication.
  • Support the implementation of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive and adaptable with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Mandarin speaking are required to support internal and external communications.
