Job Description:
- Oversee HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee grievances, and offboarding.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, offering advice on people strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and source top talent for the organization.
- Support employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.
- Provide career development support, helping employees to identify growth opportunities and facilitating their professional development.
- Identify and recommend process improvements within HR functions and policies to enhance business performance.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement, encouraging collaboration and open communication.
- Support the implementation of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proactive and adaptable with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Mandarin speaking are required to support internal and external communications.
