Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Collaborate with consultants to devise business solutions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Provide user training sessions
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status
- Proactively engage in customer service, including regular follow-ups and meetings
- Good project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation
- Excellent aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding
- Manage projects of various complexities and risk (medium to large size), ensuring effectiveness in meeting customer's needs, and deliver the project's expected outcomes
- Apply project management skills to facilitate projects, to ensure all stakeholders in the projects are well informed, to track and monitor status of the projects, to ensure projects will complete as expected and planned
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with agreed functionality, quality, cost, and performance in compliance with company procedures and standards, thereby guaranteeing operational success of the project.
- Monitor, maintain and report to project team, customers, internal stakeholders on the project status on a continuous basis and for the duration of the project
- In line with team objectives, support teams by defining processes, and transfer knowledge as appropriate
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (IT) OR equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least four years of project management experience in the software development industry OR equivalent
- Strong analytical and written skills with the ability to translate business requirements from end users to technical requirements
- Demonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situations
- Able to work under stress to meet deadline
- Responsive and have self-initiative to ensure project quality
- Passionate about technology, project and people management
