Job Description
- Perform basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, answering phones, processing the email, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle Bank Reconciliation.
- Ability to meet account deadlines.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent computer literacy particularly in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Practical knowledge in various accounting and payroll software is an advantage.
- Meticulous, careful, and able to work effectively and independently with minimum supervision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
