Job Description

  • Developing marketing strategies for new products
  • Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
  • Leading and training a team of Marketing Associates
  • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
  • Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
  • Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
  • Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand
  • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management


Covering Digital Marketing aspects

  • Marketing Strategy 
  • You'll be responsible for enhancing our digital acquisition strategy on all key paid and unpaid channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other native platforms. You and your team will drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics. We don't want to optimize just for engagement or reach.


  • Performance Management:
  • Set acquisition and growth targets for marketing teams spread across offline and online channels such as social, search, paid search, mobile, display, etc.
  • Comfortable forecasting, managing, and allocating complex budgets based on performance targets and overarching business goals.
  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend and efficiently scale new customers - Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas.
  • Oversee key marketing KPIs in partnership with Head of Marketing to continue building into needs that align with marketing strategies (i.e. cohort analysis, repeat purchase, lifetime value, attribution modeling, ROAS, CPA, conversion, etc.).


Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of performance marketing / digital advertising experience (with focus on Facebook), with 3+ years of experience leading advertising or media buying functions.
  • 3+ years developing and executing advertising strategies that deliver on key acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Experience driving engagement and conversion through targeting, creative, and testing at scale.
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language with a keen eye for grammatical errors and typos
  • Experience using CRM tools - Hubspot, Salesforce or an equivalent tool
  • Direct experience with:
  • Facebook advertising
  • Adwords
  • Acquisition funnels
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, or an equivalent tool)
  • Experience managing analytics tools & expertise in manipulating data sets (think: Excel)
  • Ability to write direct-response advertising copy for Facebook & Google
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: This role will require managing multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
  • Addicted to growth & perpetual learning
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional working groups
  • Excellent data literacy. We work with a lot of tools and data - the ability to look at the right data points and synthesize them into actionables and key results is vital
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to combine complex content into a clear and cohesive story to gain both internal and external buy-in
  • Ability to navigate complex scenarios and to develop an incremental "crawl, walk, run" approach to addressing challenges
