Job Description
- To process orders on the order confirmation
- Plan and monitor the sales administration to ensure smooth processing of sales confirmation and delivery
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer's requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- To manage the order delivery process, liaising with internal and external groups to ensure smooth delivery to customers in compliance with the customers’ expectations and requirements
- Assist the professional service team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any documentation
- Immediate problem solving while receiving complaints and reporting to superior
- Call client to make an appointment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with clients
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too
- Required skills: Detail-oriented, Well-organized, Responsible, Time management
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to find resources to complete tasks, able to work under stress
