Job Description

  • To process orders on the order confirmation
  • Plan and monitor the sales administration to ensure smooth processing of sales confirmation and delivery
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer's requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • To manage the order delivery process, liaising with internal and external groups to ensure smooth delivery to customers in compliance with the customers’ expectations and requirements
  • Assist the professional service team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any documentation
  • Immediate problem solving while receiving complaints and reporting to superior
  • Call client to make an appointment
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too
  • Required skills: Detail-oriented, Well-organized, Responsible, Time management
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to find resources to complete tasks, able to work under stress
