Job Responsibilities
• Fosters customer relationships by adopting an advisory role to provide value added
services
• Ensure customer loyalty and promote brand identity by providing excellent customer service
through scheduled after sale contact with customers and conducting reviews on usage of our
range of financial products.
• Schedules meeting to promote financial products and services to customers by providing the
right solutions for customer's financial needs.
• Schedules, tracks closing dates, contingency dates, and loan lock expiration and submit
customer’s application documents & delivery letter offer in a timely manner.
• Evaluates customers portfolio and documentation required for financial product applications.
• Handle all customers enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently and ensure no
misrepresentation of product, pricing, promotions and processes.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of customer's information
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Able to speak English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Speedy delivery and professional client interaction.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines.
• Own transport and willing to travel outstation.
