- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of human resource matters pertaining to staffing, compensation and benefits for all level of employees.
- This includes the coordination, management and administering of all related systems, procedures and policies which shall be in compliance with the local legislation in Malaysia.
- Assist the Group Human Resource Manager in the execution and coordination of Human Resource Development and Human Resource Management initiatives and related activities.
Role Responsibilities-
Recruitment & Selection:
- Support end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, preparing salary proposals, and onboarding; conduct the first round of CV reviews and interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements to meet hiring needs on a timely basis.
- Responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, and interviewing to deliver headcount targets.
- Tap market intelligence, local knowledge, and the techniques and tools that make the screening and hiring process robust
- Participate in recruitment marketing and branding activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports to monitor and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
- Create and maintain weekly recruitment and vacancy reports for management
