The Opportunity
As the one of the members of the Client Customer Success Production Operations Team, you will be in charged of the planning and carrying out the service delivery across the customer lifecycle. This Project Manager role is heavily focused on operations that works as a bridge between consultative pre-sales activities and service delivery at various stages in the customer lifecycle. The project manager will work together alongside with the Customer Success Managers throughout the customer lifecycle to create and operate at scale solutions respective of the customers business and specific use cases utilising client’s tools and services. The Project Manager will leverage the resources available within the Production Operations Team to ensure that all moving parts within the service delivery mechanism are finely tuned to set customers up for success. Project Managers are passionate collaborators and would engage their teammates to exceed expectations for every engagement. In addition to that, Project Managers bring their ability to operationalise service deliveries at scale. They have impeccable creative skills, are technically savvy and create win/win environment for all parties involved.

Responsibilities
· Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders in order to coordinate, consult and flawlessly deliver major projects
· Work closely with the customer account management team to operationalise solution designs for scale
· Create expert level knowledge on client products, customer use cases, best practices and the moving parts involved in service delivery
· Work with internal stakeholders to communicate technical needs and support required for specific engagements
· Provide insight and feedback on solution designs built for scale leveraging an in-depth knowledge of client best practices
· Liaise closely with internal resources and other 3rd parties to make sure successful and timely project completion
· Lead regular status meetings with the project team and various functional units within the Production Operations organisation
· Configure and operate the Client platform to deliver customer engagements
· Partner with Product Management to help align internal Client Success feedback with the product roadmap
· Identify opportunities for improvement and make an impact everyday
· Strong team player and has the ability to collaborate as part of a virtual team across the globe
Qualifications
· A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
· Project Management certifications are a plus
· 4 years plus of relevant experience
· Start up experience is a plus
· Previous experience within a software or SaaS organisation managing programs, projects, deadlines and scope is a plus
· Experience in training and online learning is a plus
· Data manipulation and transformation experience (Excel, Python, etc JSON is also another plus to have)
· Analytical and process-oriented mindset
· Ability to work in a fluid environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
· Passionate about delivering value, customer happiness
· Service minded attitude in all things
· High aptitude and understanding of technology
· Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· High level of integrity and follow through
· Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor others
· Thoughtful and methodical in organizing priorities and tasks daily
· Previous experience working directly with Directors, VP/C-level executives, product end users is a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong collaboration skills
· Crowdsourcing and/or Business Process Outsourcing experience is a plus
