This is a really important role in Marketing as you will be responsible to lead the execution of

marketing campaigns, build a growth engine (Processes, integrated marketing and sales

systems and automation), also responsible to be the head of all the marketing and growth

operations and you will also require to work closely with sales, product, design and

engineering.


Key Responsibilities


1. Research and write

  • Require to develop thought provoking and useful content for the audiences and customers by carrying out in depth market research, competitive analysis and investigative interviews
  • Building brand, drive traffic to our website, generate leads and convert leads to customers by writing and creating a range of content such as, articles, reports, eBooks, emails, landing pages and social media posts.


2. Strategy

  • Conversion Rate Optimization: manage and refine the marketing- sales funnel, conduct A/B testing, track customer/user and optimize for conversion
  • Search Engine Optimizer: start and maintain an ongoing SEO Program
  • Create and manage new customer acquisition campaigns


3. Manage (design, develop, launch)

  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaign
  • Manage all social media platform
  • Manage the editorial calendar to manage product marketing, sales and customer engagement
  • Develop and implement front-end web code to launch interactive tools and apps for marketing


4. Analyze and measure

  • Analyze all the aspect of conversion funnel and identify the areas of improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on the gaps
  • Build, manage and continually develop the marketing automation engine/system to scale and perpetuate sales and marketing (automatically),
  • Conduct A/B tests report on and communicate the results.
  • Define measure and maintain growth and adoption metrics for the product and services


5. Learn and experiment

  • Conduct research and test new channels, new message and generate qualified leads and convert them to customers/user
  • Identify new product feature and services from audience search behaviour, competitive analysis and audience engagement
  • Propose creative new projects, form building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand
  • Establishing a rapid experimentation cadence to identify the most effective way to grow business


Requirements

  • Good in communication : (able to communicate an complex matter in a simple way and first and experience with email marketing and get excited with things like subject lines and call to action)
  • Project management : organized and systematic thinker (able to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partner, prioritizing high impact activities and ensure complex projects are moving)
  • Empathy : deep understanding in customer needs - user behaviour- buyers motivation- customer lifecycles
  • Experiences : Bias for action, data driven, consistently setting and meeting deadlines—strong background in strategic and product marketing – Strong
  • Growth track record – loves data and able to analyze marketing funnel—experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to both small and mid-size businesses
  • Technical Knowledge : Understand how to apply HTML5 & CSS3
  • Competentand Experienced in HubSpot — CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS
  • Knowledge of Analytics — Google Analytics, Mixpanel and A/B Testing Tools
  • Comfortable with Webflow, Airtable, Typeform & Zapier (or their equivalent)
