Job Summary:

We are seeking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to support our expansion efforts across the LATAM region. This role will report to the Head of LATAM and act as their right hand in developing and executing our sales strategy. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of LATAM to design and implement strategic sales plans that drive growth across key markets.
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Build and manage strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert high-value B2B leads, particularly within mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
  • Develop tailored sales pitches based on client pain points and industry trends, especially for digital marketing, social media management, and content services.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through CRM tools and outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract negotiation and handoff to the account team.
  • Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, and the competitive landscape.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Report on team and individual performance, forecasting revenue, and tracking KPIs.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and delivery of value to the client

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 4+ years of working experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in an advertising or social media agency, also tech, SaaS, or digital services sector.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B prospecting sales techniques. Track record of achieving sales and prospecting quotas.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g,. Salesforce) & sales productivity software.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Proficient in written and oral English with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong presentation capabilities and ability to convey ideas in a concise manner.
