Job Summary:

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Account Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our clients and internal teams. You’ll own client relationships, manage day-to-day communications, and help shape campaigns that break through the noise. You’re a multitasker, a relationship-builder, and a storyteller who knows how to turn client goals into powerful marketing results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, trusted relationships.

2. Lead campaign planning and execution

3. Coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

4. Translate client objectives into actionable briefs, timelines, and deliverables.

5. Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance metrics with clarity and confidence.

6. Monitor and optimize campaign performance; identify growth opportunities.

7. Help upselling/cross-selling of various products/services

8. Stay on top of industry trends and provide strategic recommendations.

9. Manage budgets, invoicing, and project scope effectively.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in an advertising, social media or PR agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of account/project management.
  • Ideally some experience in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with sharp attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and problem-solving.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
