Job Description:
Goama is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales - LATAM to lead our commercial efforts in the region. This role involves driving new business opportunities, managing and expanding existing client relationships, and leading the LATAM sales team to achieve revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership and sales experience in the tech or gaming industry.
Your primary objectives are, but are not limited to
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow revenue in LATAM.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the LATAM sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive account management efforts to retain and expand current customer relationships.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue goals, and business objectives
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Proven experience ( at least 4 years) in sales leadership, preferably in the tech, gaming, or SaaS industry.
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the LATAM market and business landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Key Skills:
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to build trust.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Great G-suite tools management (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Meets)
- Conceptualize and create beautiful G-slides presentations and proposals for campaigns, projects and reports.
- Excel and Google Sheets intermediate to advanced level.
- Learns quickly and has the ability to solve problems independently.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
