JOB SUMMARY
To drive advocacy, education, and sales growth of the Company’s Medical Nutrition portfolio through engagement with healthcare professionals by executing sales and marketing activities, building strong professional relationships, and delivering credible product education that supports customer engagement, recommendation, and sell-out performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales Execution & Account Development
- Execute sales and marketing plans with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with pharmacists, store managers, and key decision-makers within pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies.
- Develop and execute account plans, including in-store activities, sampling, and trade promotions, in alignment with marketing direction and channel priorities.
- Identify potential pharmacy advocates or KOLs and share insights with the Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen professional endorsement.
- Conduct business reviews with key customers to identify areas of growth.
- Respond promptly and professionally to pharmacist feedback, service issues, or product inquiries to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.
- Ensure adherence to recommended pricing and fair-trade practices across assigned accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels, sell-out trends, and competitor activities.
In-Store Activation & Brand Visibility
- Execute merchandising and promotional programs according to planograms, brand standards, and activation timelines.
- Ensure all product displays, POS materials, and digital assets are implemented effectively and within the agreed guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team and Product Executive to ensure timely deployment of promotional materials and campaign kits.
- Provide feedback on activation effectiveness, consumer engagement, and pharmacist recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
Product & Clinical Knowledge
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Company’s medical nutrition products, including formulation benefits, usage indications, and key health outcomes.
- Deliver clear, credible, and confident product presentations to pharmacists and store teams to increase advocacy and recommendation rates.
- Translate scientific and technical product information into practical selling messages suitable for pharmacy environments.
- Participate actively in product and clinical training sessions organised by the Marketing Team, Medical Affairs and Commercial Excellence teams.
- Support pharmacist education initiatives, including in-store or small-group product briefings when required.
Data Reporting & Field Optimisation
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer visits, follow-ups, promotional activities, and competitor intelligence in the CRM system.
- Analyse personal coverage, call effectiveness, and sales performance to continuously improve territory productivity.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing shifts, unmet needs.
- Recommend tactical improvements and actionable field insights to Sales Manager and Marketing team to refine strategy, materials, and product development.
- Regularly attend company meetings, briefings, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with the latest business priorities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Knowledge
- Bachelor degree in Science or equivalent.
- Understanding of sciences and nutrition terms, medical products, technical workings and practices will be beneficial.
2. Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels.
- Persuasive manner and the ability to deal with professionals who hold differing belief and values.

3. Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in dealing with healthcare professionals and the medical industry.
