The Marketing Operations Executive for Aesthetic Products is responsible supports the day-today operations of the marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting in the execution of marketing initiatives. This role also contributes to basic content creation and design work to support campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support marketing activities and campaigns
- Liaise with vendors and agencies for marketing events, activations, and promotional activities
- Manage and maintain marketing databases, customer records, and reporting trackers
- Monitor campaign execution and performance, including collecting proof of performance (PO) and tracking social media postings
- Assist in managing sample requests from the sales team, including submission to EPR and coordination of delivery to HCPs or for marketing workshops/events
- Handle administrative processes related to marketing operations, including purchase requests, EPR submissions, purchase orders (PO), goods receipt notes (GRN), and payment coordination with Finance
- Support the planning, coordination, and onground execution of marketing activities such as conferences, exhibitions, and workshops
- Assist in creating marketing content, including basic copywriting and simple graphic design (e.g., social media visuals, posters, and event materials)
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for all marketing-related activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, or similar)
- Good document management and filing practices
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant and/or marketing assistant
