Job Summary

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Executive to join our team and grow strategic relationships with aesthetic professionals and medical partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage key client relationships (aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, aesthetic doctors) and ensure consistent engagement and support.
  • Analyze account performance, generate sales insights, and co-create promotional strategies to drive product sell-out and clinic success.
  • Plan and execute trade promotions aligned with brand goals and clinic needs.
  • Forecast product demand and monitor inventory at the clinic level to ensure optimal availability.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts, and stay ahead of competitor activity and market trends.
  • Collaborate with merchandisers and field teams to ensure quality execution of in-store and in-clinic visibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in key account management, medical sales, or aesthetic product distribution.
  • Experience dealing with clinics, dermatologists, doctors, or skincare professionals is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset; confident using sales reports to derive insights.
  • Self-starter with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
