JOB SUMMARY

Execute marketing strategies & activities to ensure meeting the identified marketing and business objectives of Parvus company.

Assist in coordination of organising training workshops, marketing events for Parvus to ensure smooth collaboration between Sales & Marketing Departments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Carry out market research and analysis in a manner that will contribute towards the development of marketing and brand plan.
  2. Carry out identified marketing plans and activities to ensure they achieve the set business objectives
  3. Document marketing activities that are developed against specific set of quantified targets and outcomes to ensure they are available for reference at all times.
  4. Provide input for the development of marketing concepts i.e. brand architecture and positioning statement to enable the marketing team to meet the business objectives.
  5. Provide input to assist in the development of creative works such as creative brief and evaluation to ensure continuous improvement in creative production
  6. Carry out brand analysis such as brand’s competitive position that will serve as input for the development of marketing and communication plan.
  7. Prepare materials and event venue for injection room in a manner that will ensure the demonstration/training is carried out in a safe manner and as per the safety standard set.
  8. Coordinate training workshops and marketing events to promote safe and effective use of Parvus products.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Knowledge

  • Bachelor degree in related Science is required
  • General knowledge of the medical semantics, products and practices.

2. Skills

  1. Strong conceptualization skills.
  2. Possess good business acumen.
  3. Digital marketing ability
  4. Ability to think creatively and critically, as well as look beyond the obvious when developing solutions.
  5. Ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks according to the business dynamics.
  6. Customer-centric; dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers.
  7. Possess good communication skills in both written and verbal.
  8. Possess good presentation skills, interpersonal and customer service skills
  9. Ability to work and function within a team.

3. Experience

  • 2 - 3 years working experience preferably in aesthetic or pharmaceutical line.
  • This position based in Central (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) in Medical Aesthetics Business Unit.
