JOB SUMMARY
Execute marketing strategies & activities to ensure meeting the identified marketing and business objectives of Parvus company.
Assist in coordination of organising training workshops, marketing events for Parvus to ensure smooth collaboration between Sales & Marketing Departments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Carry out market research and analysis in a manner that will contribute towards the development of marketing and brand plan.
- Carry out identified marketing plans and activities to ensure they achieve the set business objectives
- Document marketing activities that are developed against specific set of quantified targets and outcomes to ensure they are available for reference at all times.
- Provide input for the development of marketing concepts i.e. brand architecture and positioning statement to enable the marketing team to meet the business objectives.
- Provide input to assist in the development of creative works such as creative brief and evaluation to ensure continuous improvement in creative production
- Carry out brand analysis such as brand’s competitive position that will serve as input for the development of marketing and communication plan.
- Prepare materials and event venue for injection room in a manner that will ensure the demonstration/training is carried out in a safe manner and as per the safety standard set.
- Coordinate training workshops and marketing events to promote safe and effective use of Parvus products.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Knowledge
- Bachelor degree in related Science is required
- General knowledge of the medical semantics, products and practices.
2. Skills
- Strong conceptualization skills.
- Possess good business acumen.
- Digital marketing ability
- Ability to think creatively and critically, as well as look beyond the obvious when developing solutions.
- Ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks according to the business dynamics.
- Customer-centric; dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers.
- Possess good communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Possess good presentation skills, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work and function within a team.
3. Experience
- 2 - 3 years working experience preferably in aesthetic or pharmaceutical line.
- This position based in Central (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) in Medical Aesthetics Business Unit.
