The Product Manager for Aesthetic Products is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive product growth and market share. This role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management, including market analysis, product positioning, strategic planning, and execution of promotional activities. The Product Manager will work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and external partners to ensure successful product performance in the aesthetic segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans and execute strategies for assigned aesthetic products.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer insights.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and medical education initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, sales data, and ROI to optimize strategies.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product management or marketing in the aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and aesthetic market trends is a plus.
