JOB SUMMARY

Establish and maintain a high performance Sales team for EP Plus to effectively deliver and meet the Company’s sales expectations and target.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide Sales team towards achieving the Company’s sales objectives.
  • Develop competencies and processes to create an effective and efficient Sales team.
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development to ensure that the Sales team perform in alignment with the Company’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR department to ensure effective hiring, training, development and retention of the Sales team.
  • Identify changes in the healthcare, delivery system and competitive pressure in order to develop and modify the Company’s sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budget control and incentive plan to ensure that the Sales team perform in the direction of the Company’s business goals.
  • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with the Company’s departments to address key business issues and opportunities.
  • Lead and guide the Sales team to adhere to the Company’s policies, business integrity and Pharmaceutical Association of Malaysia’s code of conduct.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Knowledge

  • Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Business, Medicine, Pharmacy, Science or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical semantics, products and practices.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to work with people at all levels (Communication / Customer Service Orientation).
  • Capable leader who is able to build and guide the Sales team (Developing Self & Others)
  • Business awareness and analytical skills (Business Acumen).
  • Ability to present information and negotiate with people at all levels (Business Acumen).
  • Strong sense of rightfulness (Integrity).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in managing a direct sales force.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plan.
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach a team.
