JOB SUMMARY
The Production Executive is responsible for implementing quality control procedures across production processes, handling non-conformance issues, and collaborating with production teams to ensure consistency and product safety throughout the production processes. This role ensures that all products meet the established quality standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with customer expectations.
Job summary:
- Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure output meets quality and compliance standards.
- Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct IPQC analysis for each production batch.
- Conduct routine sampling and laboratory analysis of raw materials, finished products, machinery, utensils, and environmental conditions.
- Maintain quality control records and ensure compliance with relevant food safety standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal).
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established SOP.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure proper handling and storage of finished products.
- Verify cleanliness, housekeeping and pest control practices in production and warehouse areas.
- Monitor the maintenance schedule for machinery and calibration schedule for instruments.
- Assist in investigating the root causes of deviations and implementing corrective actions for non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement and operational optimization strategies.
- Support interal and external audits.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Knowledge
- Degree in Science or Equivalent.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and equipment.
2. Skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify potential quality issues.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and quality standards to manufacturing practices.
3. Experience
- At least 1-2 years' experience in food manufacturing.
