JOB SUMMARY

The Product Executive supports in the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans for Fertility Sciences (Hormone) products. This role involves assisting with market research, promotional activities, and coordination with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of product-related initiatives.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Market Research and Analysis:

  - Assist in conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  - Gather and analyze data to support product positioning and marketing strategies.

  - Prepare market research reports and presentations for internal review.

2. Marketing Strategy Support:

  - Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.

  - Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

  - Help coordinate digital marketing activities, such as email campaigns and social media initiatives.

3. Product Lifecycle Management:

  - Assist in monitoring product performance and market acceptance.

  - Support the implementation of product launch plans and promotional strategies.

  - Help manage product inventory and supply chain coordination.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  - Collaborate with sales, regulatory, medical affairs, and other departments to gather information and ensure alignment.

  - Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and communications with internal teams.

5. Customer Engagement:

  - Help build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.

  - Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, conferences, and symposiums.

  - Gather customer feedback and support efforts to address customer needs and concerns.

6. Administrative and Logistical Support:

  - Manage product-related documentation and maintain accurate records.

  - Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for marketing activities.

  - Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed.

KEY CHALLENGES

  1. Ensuring consumer/ target audience has a positive experience with the products.
  2. Limited fund to consistently innovate on everything. Thus, there is a need to select projects that could generate more value.
  3. Project management skills to ensure effective monitoring of timeline and deliverables.
  4. Keeping a good balance between strategic thinking and flawless execution in achieving business objectives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in related Science is required

Skills

  1. Strong conceptualization skills.
  2. Possess good business acumen.
  3. Ability to think creatively and critically, as well as look beyond the obvious when developing solutions.
  4. Ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks according to the business dynamics.
  5. Customer-centric; dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers.
  6. Possess good communication skills in both written and verbal (presentation skills).
  7. Ability to work and function within a team.

Experience

  1. Minimum 3 years of related working experience, with at least 2 years in product management and marketing related experience in Pharmaceutical industry, experience handle hormone products will be an added advantage.
  2. Experienced in preparing and executing marketing plan.
  3. People coaching or management experience would be an added advantage.
