KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Carry out market research and analysis in a manner that will contribute towards the development of marketing and brand plan.
- Carry out brand analysis such as the brand’s competitive position that will serve as input for the development of marketing and communication plan.
- Carry out identified marketing plans and activities to ensure they achieve the set business objectives.
- Document marketing activities that are developed against specific set of quantified targets and outcomes to ensure they are available for reference at all times.
- Provide input for the development of marketing concepts i.e. brand architecture and positioning statement to enable the marketing team to meet the business objectives.
- Provide input to assist in the development of creative works such as creative briefs and evaluation to ensure continuous improvement in creative production.
- Coordinate and document the overall brand expenses to ensure alignment to the annual brand’s budget planning.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology or Dietitian.
Skills:
- Strong conceptualization skills.
- Possess good business acumen.
- Ability to think creatively and critically, as well as look beyond the obvious when developing solutions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks according to the business dynamics.
- Customer-centric; dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
- Possess good communication skills in both written and verbal (presentation skills).
- Ability to work and function within a team.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, marketing, or product management preferably in pharmaceutical line.
