KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Carry out market research and analysis in a manner that will contribute towards the development of marketing and brand plan.
  2. Carry out brand analysis such as the brand’s competitive position that will serve as input for the development of marketing and communication plan.
  3. Carry out identified marketing plans and activities to ensure they achieve the set business objectives.
  4. Document marketing activities that are developed against specific set of quantified targets and outcomes to ensure they are available for reference at all times.
  5. Provide input for the development of marketing concepts i.e. brand architecture and positioning statement to enable the marketing team to meet the business objectives.
  6. Provide input to assist in the development of creative works such as creative briefs and evaluation to ensure continuous improvement in creative production.
  7. Coordinate and document the overall brand expenses to ensure alignment to the annual brand’s budget planning.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Knowledge:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology or Dietitian.


Skills:

  • Strong conceptualization skills.
  • Possess good business acumen.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically, as well as look beyond the obvious when developing solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks according to the business dynamics.
  • Customer-centric; dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Possess good communication skills in both written and verbal (presentation skills).
  • Ability to work and function within a team.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, marketing, or product management preferably in pharmaceutical line.
