KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Finance

1.    Assist in the production and analysis of the Company’s management accounts, financial statements and projections to ensure that the financial information is accurate and true to the Company’s business performance.

2.    Monitors and reviews the cash flow monthly, ensuring strong financial health and high-lighting to management on any special requirements / matters in a timely manner.

3.    Manage operational processing relating to payment cycle e.g processing and payment of invoices and staff claims. 

4.    Lead, manage and guide the Finance Executives in their daily responsibilities to ensure that payment and record of all financial transactions related to the Company’s business are completed in a timely, accurate and secured manner.

5.    Provide input and support in the development and execution of financial policies and procedures to ensure that the Company adheres to the local financial regulation and business integrity.

6.    Ensures accounting and tax compliance with local and government requirements, ie VAT, WHT.

7.    Assists for all aspects of business accounting functions including budgets, monthly closing, AR, AP, taxation, reporting, and forecasting.

 

Supply Chain

  1. Perform stock count for Company’s warehouse on monthly basis. To record and manage stock-in and out for sample stocks in SAP.
  2. Perform delivery arrangements to and from distributor and cash sales (If any). Create delivery order from SAP.
  3. Handling importation documentation and arrange shipment with forwarder for custom clearance.

 

REQUIREMENTS

1.    Knowledge of accounting terminology, understanding of filing systems, good administrative & organisational skills 

2.    Attention to details, basic knowledge of accounting rules and legislation with ability to detect inconsistencies 

3.    Able to prioritise work efficiently with English good communication skills
