  • You live and breathe social, and you are not afraid to share your ideas on how brands can grow online, and ride on trends and best practices on social platforms.
  • You will work with a team of creatives, brand managers, and digital marketeers to turn your innovative ideas into successful stories.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Content Planning:


  • Design comprehensive content marketing strategies for healthcare brands that resonate with target audiences by leveraging insights from consumer research and industry trends.

Creative Ideation and Execution:


  • Generate compelling and innovative content ideas that effectively communicate key messages and contribute to business targets.
  • Produce high-quality, creative written and visual content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, websites, and other digital channels.


Content Management:


  • Create and maintain a dynamic content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and alignment with overarching marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate content production schedules and optimize workflow efficiencies.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand identity.


Industry Awareness:


  • Stay abreast of healthcare industry trends, competitor content strategies, and emerging digital marketing innovations.
  • Use industry insights to continuously refine and enhance the content strategy, ensuring it remains innovative and ahead of the curve.

Performance Analytics:


  • Analyze content performance metrics and website analytics to derive actionable insights.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize content for engagement, conversion, and improved search engine optimization.


Ad-Hoc Assignments:


  • Undertake additional assignments as required, contributing to the adaptability and responsiveness of the content marketing function.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Knowledge


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design or any related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing and content distribution platforms would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with various content formats including written, visual and multimedia content.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data related to content performance and website analytics.
  • Understand brand positioning and effective messaging.
  • Awareness of content marketing trends and evolving consumer behaviours.

 

Skills


  • Strong command of English and writing skills with the ability to create engaging and accurate content.
  • Proficiency in visual content creation tools for graphics, images, and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut or other software.
  • Effective time management to meet multiple deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics, making data-driven decisions.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges related to content performance and user engagement.
  • Proactive approach to exploring new content formats and storytelling techniques.


Experience


  • Proven work experience as content creator (internship or full time) in media agency, FMCG, healthcare or any related industry.
  • Previous experience managing end-to-end content projects, from ideation to execution and analysis.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure and analyze content performance.
