JOB SUMMARY

 Manage a defined territory comprising a team of aesthetic Sales talent to effectively deliver and meet the Company’s sales expectations and target.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Sales Plan & Execution

  1. Assist in the development and execution of the Company’s sales plan covering sales, revenue, expense controls, targets, competitive activities, market trends and historical data to strengthen the Company’s business and meet business goal.
  2. Manage and participate in workshops or seminars to build business connections and educate the medical aesthetic professionals on the Company’s products to secure future purchasing commitments.
  3. Conduct market and competitor research to ensure that the Company’s business is informed and one step ahead.
  4. Align activities with marketing plan to ensure that the Company’s sales effort is going in the right direction.
  5. Build effective working partnerships with supporting departments and external stakeholders to increase the Company’s sales effectiveness.
  6. Build and maintain positive working relationships with the medical aesthetic professionals to ensure that the Company has a strong client base.
  7. Identify and develop new business opportunities with Key Opinion Leaders to ensure that the Company has a consistent supply of clients.
  8. Respond and manage client needs and complaints regarding products and services in a timely and professional manner to ensure their commitment to the Company’s business.


Talent Development & Management

  1. Coach, train and develop Product Consultants to the best of their potential to enhance the Company’s talent pool.
  2. Conduct weekly work preview and performance review in a timely manner with the Product Consultants to ensure that performance is aligned with the Company’s business objectives.

 

Compliance With Code of Conduct

  1. Lead and monitor the Product Consultants by example to strictly adhere to the Company’s business integrity, policies and code of conduct.


KEY CHALLENGES

  1. Motivating the Sales team to accomplish the Company’s business objectives amidst the regional economic conditions.
  2. Executing the Marketing department’s initiatives as plans might work differently in the field.
  3. Managing the Sales team and own responsibilities concurrently.
  4. Managing the product movement as they have short shelf-life.
  5. Strict adherence to the Company’s business integrity and code of conduct in the midst of business temptations.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 Knowledge

  1. Bachelor or Post-graduate degree in Business, Medicine, Biology, Science or equivalent.
  2. Strong knowledge of the medical aesthetic semantics, products and practices.

  1. Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels (Communication /Customer Service Orientation).
  2. Capable leader who is able to guide and drive the aesthetic Sales team (Developing Self & Others)

Experience

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in dealing with the medical aesthetic professionals, aesthetic industry and a team of sales talent.
