Job Description:
A highly organized and creative individual who will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, chiefly Instagram, assisting with marketing administration and updates for our website, Suitepad (our in-room digital directory), overseeing the production of marketing collaterals, coordinating photography and video productions, and creating compelling copy for social media posts.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule engaging content for the brands’ social media platforms, chiefly Instagram.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to optimize performance and identify trends.
Copywriting for Social Posts:
- Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements.
- Craft content that effectively communicates the brand's message and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
Marketing Administration and Platform Updates:
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, as well as the in-room digital directory on the Suitepad ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertisements, and promotions.
- Conduct research to identify marketing trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials.
Production of Collaterals:
- Manage the end-to-end production process for marketing collaterals, such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
- Liaise with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Ensure all collaterals align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Coordination for Photos/Videos:
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, including location scouting, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and stylists to capture high-quality visual content.
- Organize and maintain a library of visual assets for future use.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel/ Resort Social Media Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
