Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions at Senior Executive level and below, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Conduct onboarding for new joiners including preparation of employment documents and coordination of orientation.
  • Handle staff movement matters including confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation processes.
  • Oversee leave management to ensure proper administration and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor time attendance records and overtime claims to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personal files.
  • Assist in handling employee relations and industrial relations matters including disciplinary issues and employee grievances.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and relevant labour regulations.
  • Prepare necessary HR and management reports when required.
  • Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and HR operational processes.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in any discipline
  • Graduate with 3-4 years hand-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment & IR/ER matters
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Resourceful, self- driven and able to work independently
  • Professional demeanor, dependable and able to maintain confidential information
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change
  • Strong attention to details, good organisational and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint
