Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions at Senior Executive level and below, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Conduct onboarding for new joiners including preparation of employment documents and coordination of orientation.
- Handle staff movement matters including confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation processes.
- Oversee leave management to ensure proper administration and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor time attendance records and overtime claims to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personal files.
- Assist in handling employee relations and industrial relations matters including disciplinary issues and employee grievances.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and relevant labour regulations.
- Prepare necessary HR and management reports when required.
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and HR operational processes.
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in any discipline
- Graduate with 3-4 years hand-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment & IR/ER matters
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Resourceful, self- driven and able to work independently
- Professional demeanor, dependable and able to maintain confidential information
- Flexible and able to adapt to change
- Strong attention to details, good organisational and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint
