Job Description (most critical skills and competency) :
- Making outbound calls to customers with overdue car loan payments
- Following up diligently to ensure timely payments
- Negotiating payment arrangements and advising customers on repayment plans
- Updating records accurately in the system after each call
- Handling customer inquiries and maintaining a professional approach at all times
- Liaising with team leaders on high-risk or difficult cases
- Working with the collection team to meet daily and monthly collection targets
Job Requirements :
- Preferably with a minimum Diploma
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Able to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision yet capable and comfortable to work in team environment
- Prior experience and basic knowledge in collections or customer service is an added advantage
- The position is based at Klang Branch
