Job Description:

  1. To support the Company Secretary by handling a range of administrative and secretarial tasks related to corporate governance and compliance, especially relating to compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. To assist in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and conferences, as well as managing calendars for members of the Board and executives.
  3. To help prepare agendas and papers for meetings, taking minutes, drafting resolutions, and following up on action items, maintaining statutory records, and other relevant documents.
  4. Assist to ensure smooth execution of meetings and events, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  5. To assist in maintaining statutory books and records and ensuring compliance with Companies Act regulations, Main Market Listing Requirements and relevant legislations.
  6. To assist in smooth execution of meetings and events, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  7. To handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely communication with stakeholders.
  8. To update and maintain both physical and digital files, statutory records, books, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  9. Liaise with government and relevant authorities on compliance related matters.
  10. Support the coordination and documentation of ESG-related board or management committee meetings, including minutes and records management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess full or partial professional qualification or degree/diploma in any secretarial, administrative or accounting discipline.
  2. Good practical experience in Company Secretarial practices but without the relevant qualification may also apply.
  3. Good organizational, analytical skills, meticulous in relation to documentation and work processes.
  4. Good command of verbal and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Pleasant personality and able to work independently.
  6. Proficient in using various office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, email, and other relevant tools.
