Job Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional implementation teams to successfully deliver software and technology solutions according to internal business requirements
  • Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality assurance
  • Oversee and coordinate with existing IT and software vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and timely delivery of services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, specifications, test plans, and user guides
  • Manage system integration activities ensuring proper configuration, data migration, and system testing
  • Identify potential issues and bottlenecks in the implementation process and develop effective solutions
  • Monitor project progress against established metrics and KPIs, adjusting course as needed

Vendor Management

  • Evaluate and manage relationships with software technology vendors and implementation partners
  • Negotiate vendor agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any service delivery issues
  • Coordinate vendor activities to align with project timelines and requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information system, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation and project management
  • Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle system implementation projects
  • Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing IT vendors and external partners
  • Excellent understanding of project management methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex systems and processes
  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and testing methodologies
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in financial services industry
