Job Description:
- To handle full set of accounts and some administration work.
- Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations.
- To maintain the accounting records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Preparation of monthly / annual accounting closing, reporting and financial analysis and submit in time.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and fixed assets listing.
- Handle internal and external audit and tax reporting; and
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess a degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent.
- Min 2 years related working experience in related field.
- Candidate with experience in private company accounting and taxation are welcome to apply.
- Well-versed in MS Excel and Accounting Software.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision to meet timeline.
- Willing to learn, meticulous and accuracy at work is a must; and
- Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
