Durioo+ is a dynamic tech start-up company located in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. It was founded by the creative thing behind the creative mind behind the phenomenally successful preschool cartoons Omar & Hana and Didi & Friends. Both cartoons have amassed more than 18 million subscribers and an incredible 8 billion views on YouTube. As a proud member of Y-Combinator (W22), Durioo+ serves as a safe streaming platform for animations and videos designed specifically for children.

Durioo+ operates on a subscription-based model. We produce, co-produce, and license entertaining, ethical, and meaningful content tailored for children. Launched in February 2022, we already boast more than 36,000 paid subscribers and host over 16,000 pieces of content on our platform and numbers are growing every month. All our content is meticulously curated to align with Islamic teachings and values.

Job Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager (Growth & Campaigns) to lead our growth engine. You are a veteran of the agency world who is tired of selling "stuff" and wants to use your powers to build the future of Islamic media. Your primary goal is to explode our brand awareness and fill the top of our funnel with parents globally who are looking for a safer digital home for their kids. Your main focus are Strategy, TOFU (Top of Funnel) growth, and agency orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Lead the end-to-end execution of global marketing campaigns (Ramadan, back-to-school, new show launches).
  • TOFU Mastery: Own the Top of Funnel. You’ll be responsible for creative ways to drive massive traffic via paid media, partnerships, and viral content strategies.
  • Creative Direction: Work closely with the creative team to ensure Durioo+ content marketing is "thumb-stopping" and outperforms competitors in quality and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyze campaign performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) to pivot strategies in real-time.
  • Agency Management: Use your past experience to manage external agencies or internal specialists, ensuring high-quality output and strict deadlines.

Background & Experience

  • 5+ years in Marketing, with significant experience in a fast-paced Creative or Digital Agency.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling TOFU strategies for subscription (SaaS/VOD) or family brands.
  • Deep passion for Ethical and Islamic family values.
  • Native-level understanding of social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta) and how to hijack trends for a "Halal" context.
