Job Summary
The Business Admin Intern will assist in the Business Admin initiatives in Borong. In this role, you will work closely with experienced Business Development and Operations professionals to assist in Business Development/ Sales activities, as well as optimize our operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the Business Development team with market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Take part in Business Development/ Sales calls and meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on the action items.
- Support the Operations team in operational processes such as onboarding, order management and customer queries.
- Assist with customer communication, provide updates, and address relevant questions.
- Track and report key performance metrics related to Business Development and Operations initiatives.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or any other related field.
- Basic computer system knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when entering data.
