Job Description :


  • Research market trends, brand audiences, competitors and end-to-end consumer journeys to drive engagement and conversions for enquiries.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement to generate leads.
  • Create and curate high-quality content (including video) tailored to our target audience across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Maintain a content plan to ensure timely and relevant content delivery that aligns with marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, popular content, and emerging technologies to continually improve our social media presence.
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to foster community and customer relationships.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment.


Specific Competencies :

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to derive insights.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Experience in running paid marketing ads is an added advantage, but not a must.
