Key Accountabilities
- Data Preparation: Oversee data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data quality and readiness for modeling.
- Model Development: Develop and train advanced machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Feature Engineering: Lead feature creation and optimization to enhance model performance and predictive power.
- Model Evaluation: Evaluate and validate models using advanced metrics and techniques to ensure robustness and accuracy.
- Deployment: Deploy models into production environments, monitor their performance, and iterate as needed.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- 4+ years as a Data Scientist or relevant field.
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Expertise in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
