Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires expertise in various digital advertising channels, data analysis, and campaign optimization techniques to maximize return on investment (ROI) and improve overall marketing performance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, target audience insights, and market trends.
  • Define campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and target metrics to measure success.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search (PPC), display advertising, social media advertising, and remarketing.
  • Create and optimize ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify target audience segments based on demographic, geographic, psychographic, and behavioral criteria.
  • Utilize audience targeting features and audience insights tools provided by digital advertising platforms to reach relevant audiences effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, analytics, and product, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs / Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Trend, Keyword Planner and Google Search Console

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid advertising, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, are a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and data effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder management - ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
