Key Accountabilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Advanced Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Pixel, Segment, Amplitude, and HubSpot for complex tracking requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret web analytics and marketing campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create detailed analytics reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and trends in web and marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing web and campaign analytics strategies and implement improvements.
- Conduct research and produce competitor analysis, insights, and benchmarking with technologies such as Similarweb/ AppAnnie or similar
- Keep abreast with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Martech or any related field.
- At least 4 years experience in web analytics and web tracking setups
- Extensive experience with GTM, GA, Segment, Amplitude, and HubSpot implementations. Preferably with certification for GTM/ GA or similar.
- Knowledge of reporting with Google Analytics.
- Knowledge in GTM/ Pixel/ Adobe Analytics setups
- Knowledge of web development languages, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Proven track record of providing ROI and achieving targets.
- Highly numerate and analytical.
- A great communicator—both verbally and in writing—with an energetic, action-oriented nature.
