Lead of Business Unit, SaaS plays a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction and growth of our Software as a Service (SaaS) business unit. This is to ensure the continued success of Borong SaaS offerings, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SaaS growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives including pricing models, upselling, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Strategize and collaborate with the Tech Product team to implement targeted sales strategy to ensure that SaaS products meet customer needs and align with business requirements.
  • Identify and acquire new sales opportunities to drive initiatives that expand the market presence, penetration, and adoption of Borong SaaS products in the target market
  • Provide visionary leadership to the SaaS team, fostering innovation and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
  • Build, negotiate, secure and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders/partners.
  • Responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of SaaS revenue by developing, managing, and delivering the targeted revenue and profit.
  • Oversee and prioritize customer experience through seamless onboarding process, ongoing support, and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
  • Work cross-functionally with the tech product team to identify market trends, assess competitive offerings, and drive continuous improvement of our SaaS products.
