Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will perform complex analyses, interpret data using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports to stakeholders. The incumbent will also acquire and maintain data from various sources, identify trends and patterns, collaborate with management to prioritize business needs, and seek process improvement opportunities.



 Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform complex analyses to support various business functions and initiatives.
  • Conduct and facilitate analyses, issue identification, organizational risk assessment, and decision-making processes.
  • Provide consulting and analytic services to leadership by delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
  • Maintain databases, data systems and data lake (databricks) ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems or data anomalies.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs, aligning data analysis efforts with strategic objectives.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities through data analysis and continuous monitoring of key performance indicators.


Position Specifications

  • 2 to 5 years of working experience in any related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or any equivalents.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
